The Naturopathic Diet Philosophy
1. Alkaline vs Acidic
Disease thrives in an acidic environment. Our modern diet (sugar, meat, refined flour) is highly acidic. We shift the balance to 80% Alkaline (Fruits, Veggies, Sprouts) and 20% Acidic (Grains, Pulses) to restore health.
2. Living Food (Pranic Food)
Cooking destroys enzymes. We incorporate a significant portion of Raw Foods (Salads, Juices, Sprouts) which are rich in live enzymes essential for digestion and metabolism.
3. Wholesome & Natural
We eliminate processed "non-foods." If it comes from a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't. Whole grains like Millets and Red Rice replace White Rice and Maida.
4. Proper Combinations
Eating the right foods at the wrong time or in wrong combinations (e.g., Milk with Fruit) creates toxins (Ama). We teach you the art of food combining.
